Reservation Policy

Reservation Policy for Surrey Townhouses

Guarantee & Payment:
  • A major credit card (V, MC, DSC, AMEX) is required at check-in to guarantee a reservation and/or payment.
  • Guest assumes all liability upon occupation of unit or lodge.

Cancellation & Refunds:
  • Management reserves all rights. All sales are final. No refunds on early departures.
  • Non-Holiday Stay Cancellation Policy:  Guest may cancel anytime 10 days prior to their arrival without penalty.  If the guest cancels within 10 days notice of arrival, Grand Crowne Resort – Nightly Condo Rentals will charge the guest the equivalent of 1-night stay with applicable taxes for EACH reserved unit.
  • Holiday Stay Cancellation Policy: Holiday reservations must be canceled no less than 30 days prior to arrival date, in order to have the monies charged for the first night’s stay plus tax refunded.  Holiday reservations canceled 29 days or less from arrival date will forfeit the monies charged for the first night’s stay plus tax. All other nights charged will be refunded to the credit card charged.

Minimum Stays:
  • 2 night’s minimum stay regularly.
  • 3 night’s minimum stay during holidays.

Lodging Tax Rates
  • 11.6% - Branson.
  • 8.975% - Lodges & Crowne View Heights and Indian Point.
  • 12% - Pigeon Forge.

Payment Types:
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery and Certified Funds.
  • No personal checks accepted.
  • Major credit card is required at registration as deposit for unit liability.

Check In/Check Out:
  • 4pm Check In and 10am Check Out.
  • Early check-ins and late check-outs may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed.
  • There will be a $75 charge for any late check-outs applied to the credit card given for security deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please call the Surrey Town Center Check-In Office at 417-332-8330.
  • Departures after 1pm are subject to additional night rental and tax charge.

Additional Guest Services:
  • Towel exchange and daily housekeeping services are available and can be purchased at registration.
  • One towel exchange included during stay; additional towel exchanges  $6.00/exchange.
  • Mid-week touch up cleaning $15.
  • Full cleaning $35.

Pet Policy:
  • Grand Crowne properties have limited pet units; therefore, if the guest is found with a pet in a non-pet unit, the company reserves the right to charge the guest a $300 penalty. Designated pet units are limited to two dogs, 80 pounds or less. At the time of check-in, guest must provide a $75 refundable deposit. Front desk staff will provide details on the refund of your deposit. Pet boarding and/or check-out is imminent for violators.

Smoking Policy:
  • All units are non-smoking.
  • The company reserves the right to charge any violators of this policy up to a $300 penalty with check-out imminent.

Special Requests:
  • Specific unit, floor, location, property, cribs, roll-outs, media players are special requests and cannot be guaranteed.
  • These items are assigned on first come, first serve basis.
